NJP - 7500 Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

The main function of NJP-7500 is to fill powder into the hard capsules automatically. No.00-05 capsules can be filled if different types of mold are equipped. The filling speed can be adjusted as needed. The filling machine uses intermittent motion and multi-position holes plug measurement method to automatically finish the capsule filling process (includes turning, separating, and filling capsules, rejecting the dross, merging and pushing finished capsules). The part that contacts with the powder doesn't interact with powder, and all moving parts wear extremely small. These meet the GMP standard and Ergonomics. The filling machine has the characteristics of novel structure, advanced design, adjustable dose, safety protection, timely statistical production and high probability of the capsules.

Theprocess layout and design of the filling machine are up to date and optimization, and minimize the time that powder exposure in the air and possibility that the powder spills.

   The working part of the filling machine isolates from outside to free from pollution, and is easily cleaned and disassembled.

   According to the technique features of products, all parts that contact with medicine and capsules use stainless steel materials with high-quality which is smooth and even on the surface, and easy to clean and disinfect, moreover, it doesn't cause adsorption and chemical reactions with products. It meets the correlative standards of Chinese GMP, EU and FDA.

   With new and unique fully enclosed design, the lubricant that equipment uses doesn't in contact with product so that the product doesn't be polluted from oil.

All moving parts are made by CNC manufacturing center with high accuracy, small noise and wear, meeting Ergonomics standard.    

Optimal cam curve design, precision cam and mold processing, and different solutions for large viscosity and poor mobility materials can ensure stable production and loading accuracy.

The whole structure of device with serialization module design is reasonable, and parts of the device are universal, standardization and interchangeability.

The whole machine adopts conversion stepless speed, PLC control, and touch screen display. It is easy to operate and tuitive. The machine is equipped with printers which can print the recording process of production.

Electronic control components and key parts of the machine use quality international brands which quality are reliable and stable.

Protective device is set to avoid the contact of operator and danger zone of the equipment. Provide additional protective devices to protect operator safety when they use reasonable pre-selection lock and control system to install and maintain machine.

It has automatic shutdown devices when material is short of, and has overload protection and emergency switches to ensure the equipment running smoothly, safely and reliably.

The control unit separates from the main parts of the machine. They can be placed in combination according to the actual site, and reduce the interference transmitted by the power supply to the control unit. The innovation of inch moves technology is more convenient to adjust the equipment.
