This machine is an intelligent small rotary tablet press. It is suitable for small batch production of tablets in pharmaceutical R&D centers and laboratories in the pharmaceutical industry.

The system adopts PLC control, and the touch screen can display the rotation speed of the work turntable, and can display the system pressure, filling depth, pre-compression and main pressing thickness, and pressing output.

It can display the average working pressure of each die in the working state and the speed of the impeller of the forced feeder. It has the display and record of fault content such as emergency stop, motor overload and system over-pressure.

Features:

●Single pressure type, single-sided film output. Using IPT die, granular raw materials can be pressed into round tablets and special-shaped tablets of various specifications.
●It has the function of pre-pressing and main pressing twice to press, which can improve the quality of press.
●Adopt frequency conversion step-less speed regulation device, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
●Using PLC programmer and touch screen, with digital display function.
●The main transmission structure is reasonable, the transmission stability is good, and the service life is long.
●Equipped with motor overload protection device, when the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop. There are pressure overpressure protection, emergency stop device, strong exhaust and heat dissipation device.
●The stainless steel outer casing is a fully enclosed form, and all parts in contact with the medicine are made of stainless steel or surface treated.
●The four sides of the tablet press room are transparent plexiglass, which can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
●Optional forced feeding.
●Compared with the initial design of the prototype, our company has strengthened the structure of the main transmission box, so the power of the machine is stronger and more durable. This machine can be equipped with a forced feeder according to customer requirements.
